SKULLWEAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Returns: Return of unwanted merchandise must be returned withing 14 days of receiving product. There will be a 30% restocking fee and any applicable          shipping charges
• Exchanges: There is no restocking fee on Exchanges, but you are responsible for all shipping charges.
• A return authorization number will be issued from our customer service department.
• No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number . 
• Absolutely no returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Garments should be inspected prior to decorating.
• Please report packing error and manufacturer defects to SKULL ASYLUM within 24 hours of receiving order.
• No credit will be given until merchandise is received into our warehouse.
• Cancellations of orders already pulled are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Merchandise over 30 days old or discontinued merchandise may not be returned.
• SKULL ASYLUM does not ship COD.
• All orders must be paid in full before before shipped.
• All orders must be paid in full before any production will transpire.
• Sizes XXL to 5XL have additional costs per piece.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• SKULL ASYLUM packages each order items carefully and securely.
• SKULL ASYLUM is not be held responsible if an package is lost, stolen or damaged once it has been shipped. When your package leaves our hands and         goes into transit, we are no longer in control of what may or may not go on during it's travel to you.
• Insurance is not included in basic shipping. We do recommend insured shipping but it is more costly, therefore regular ground mail is the type of shipping you       pay for by default unless other arrangements have been made with us.
• You may purchase insurance on your parcel though you must contact us and let us know you would like to include insurance
• SKULL ASYLUM is not responsible for customs charges incurred when your package is entering your country. Please refer to your governmental                   regulations or postal outlet to view what your customs fees might be.

SHIPPING METHOD

T-SHIRT ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. ORDERS MUST BE IN HOUSE BEFORE 12 PM .WHOLESALE ORDERS TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION & SHIPPING STANDARD RATE. IF A RUSH ORDER IS NEEDED, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR RATES FOR YOUR PRODUCT. SKULL ASYLUM USES UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE FOR ALL ORDERS, AND DELIVERY  TIME VARIES DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION AND THE SHIPPING METHOD OF CHOICE. UPS, FED EX, DHL, ARE ALSO OPTIONS TO OUR CUSTOMERS,  BUT  CUSTOMER MUST SPECIFIY IF THIS WOULD BE THIER CHOICE FOR DELIVERY.

We're proud to offer international shipping.  International shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If you choose First-Class International as your shipping method, we are NOT responsible for lost packages. Although that is the most affordable method, it also means that these packages are not trackable, and are not insured against loss or damage. For many countries this usually isn't a problem. But we have had problems shipping to several countries in the past which have resulted in lost packages that could not be claimed. Please understand that we will do everything we can to get your order to you, but we cannot refund, re-ship, or assume any other responsibility for your order once it has been shipped using this method. We recommend choosing Priority Mail International as your shipping method to ensure coverage in case your package is lost or damaged.

These terms and conditions apply to all  purchases (SKULL PURSES-JEWELRY BOXES-STASH BOXES-PRINTS-SKULLWEAR) from SKULL ASYLUM and are in addition to any terms and conditions included on Purchase Orders.

SKULL ASYLUM reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice. All rights of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods from SKULL ASYLUM shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida.

Payment can be made with a Visa, Visa Check Card, MasterCard, Master Money Card, Discover, American Express, and PAYPAL. Our server is compatible with browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape that can transmit information over the Internet in an encrypted form. If you use such a browser, you can use our secure server to enter your credit card number directly during the ordering process.
